Being a member of the House of Lords has meant that Martha Lane Fox has been able to raise the importance of equity in access to, and working in, technology at the highest level.
Martha Lane Fox co-founded Last Minute an online travel business in the 1990’s. She then worked for a number of high profile business before founding Doteveryone.org.uk a charity championing responsible technology. She was appointed as the youngest member of the House of Lords and is an advocate for human and women’s rights.
